What is Boxing for Fitness?
Cobra Martial Arts in Morley, Near Malaga, Bassendean, Bayswater, Midland runs boxing for fitness classes / sessions regularly. Through our Boxing for Fitness sessions, held in our brand new Martial Arts Gym, will help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether your fitness level is low or high, the sessions are suitable for everyone, as you work at your own pace. The Boxing for Fitness exercises taught are for fitness and specifically target toning and strengthening of the stomach, bottom, thighs, hips and arms. Your Boxing for Fitness instructor will demonstrate what to do, supervise and assist you along the way and you can ask for help at any time. You can exercise as slow and carefully, or as hard and fast as you choose. It is you who determines the pace and intensity of your Boxing for Fitness session. Boxing for Fitness is primarily a fitness course, therefore is not for learning self defence. Your Boxing for Fitness instructors are qualified Martial Arts fitness instructors, not aerobics instructors who have only attended a half day course in ‘How to teach Boxing for Fitness’. So rest assured that you will be learning correct technique from the best of the best!
