Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Process: - All bookings for workshops and classes must be made through our online booking system. 2. Payment Policy: - The full amount for the workshop or class must be paid in person before the start of the session (unless stated otherwise). - Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card at our facility. 3. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the workshop or class. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. - To cancel a booking, please contact us through the provided contact details on our website. 4. Refund Policy: - Refunds will be processed for cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice. - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 5. Rescheduling: - Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 6. No-Show Policy: - Participants who do not show up for their booked session without prior notice will forfeit their payment. 7.
