Sensei Aaron draws on his 18+ years of martial arts to bring together a course of simple, effective self defence skills that can be used by anyone.  Sensei Aaron combines many forms of martial arts and self defence styles to bring you techniques that can be easily learned and used by beginners.  We start with the basics, allow plenty of practice time, and build our students up into confident defenders.

You will learn how to:

Adopt and maneuver in an appropriate fighting stance

Deliver strikes specifically developed for self defence

Defend against selected grabs and holds

Fall over and get back up fighting

Do's and dont's of self defence

Plenty more!

The whole course cost $400. A deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot, and can be paid using the link below.

On top of the course, you will also receive necessary equipment worth $84.99 RRP, which is yours to keep!! (MMA gloves, mouth-guard and a groin guard). These are requirements to complete the course.  Any other equipment will be provided on the day(s).

I am new to self defence, is this suitable for me?

Yes, you are in the right place. This is a beginner self defence course, designed to teach you the basics, Once you have mastered this course, your free to try more complex systems.

Where is it being run?

Cobra Martial Arts Morley. - Unit 11, 515 Walter Rd East, Morley.

Registration CLOSES Sunday 9th June
My fitness isn't great, will I be able to keep up?

The course will be designed for beginners, and fitness capacity is not a requirement to complete the course. We will work to slowly improve your fitness, and allow plenty of breaks for rest and recovery.

Will there be an advanced self defence course?

That is the plan, stay tuned for dates and availability.

What do I need to bring?

You will need to wear clothes suitable for exercise and self defence. I would recommend gym shorts and an old t shirt. You will also need water and a gym towel. We have water for purchase if you forget.
