Family and Friends Week

Check out our Family and Friends Week at Cobra Martial Arts in Morley. The parents joined in for a week of Martial Arts drills and plenty of fun. The juniors always get a lot out of having their parents with them. The adult classes were not exempt from the week, doing fitness and self defence drills. They also had timed laps pushing a ute!
