Sparing Workshop

Our Cannington Dojo is holding a junior Sparing Workshop! Apart from learning some more advanced drills than what may be covered normally in class, there will be some instructor vs student sparing towards the end to help sharpen the junior’s technique! Jump on board, this doesn’t happen very often!!
